We are a small family farming business in the Indigo Valley, North-East Victoria and we are passionate about growing and producing quality handcrafted, small batch elderberry and elderflower products.
We are passionate about growing and producing products that make a difference to people’s health while caring for our land. It is important to us that our products are priced fairly for our customers and the farmers producing the ingredients in order to build our local economy and food security in Victoria and Australia.
It’s more to us than growing elderberries ….. it’s also about future proofing our farm, our family and our community.
We grow our own Elderberry plants on our farm, along with a few other herbs and ingredients that we use in our formulations. All other ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible to support local Victorian farms and businesses and to help build our local economy.
Our handcrafted, small batch elder formulations are a unique take on original recipes that have been trusted for centuries, with a local twist. Every formulation has been developed with the support and advice of a naturopath, or chef, using natural ingredients designed to provide the best nature has to offer.
We aim to only produce high quality products that are healthy, beneficial, ethical, enjoyable and emotionally satisfying.
Each blend is potent, delicious and loaded with vitamins, minerals and anthocyanins (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory). Our products are free of chemicals, artificial additives and preservatives.
