After Hours Winery & Distillery

After Hours Wine is a family owned and run business. The winemaking is very much a ‘hands on’ approach from the vineyard to the bottle. The vineyard is managed and maintained by Warwick, Cherylyn and their children with winemaking by Phil Potter. Phil has been involved in the wine industry since 1996, working numerous years at Capel Vale Wines & Leeuwin Estate before joining After Hours Wine, on a full time basis, in 2011. His attention to detail and continued quest for perfection are reflected in the standard and quality of our wines seen today.

The After Hours Wine harvest is around 30 tonnes of fruit each year, from which approximately 2500 cases of premium wine are produced. The vineyard consists of Cabernet Sauvignon (2.6 ha), Shiraz (1.6 ha), Merlot, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay (1.1 ha each).

Just 20 minutes from Busselton, Dunsborough and Vasse, the multi-award winning, After Hours Winery and Distillery are close by.
