I started playing guitar when I was 18, and played in a band for a couple of years. I didn’t push the musical envelope too far after that, just happy to be knocking around home on my 6 string acoustic.
In 1994 I started up Brookwood Furniture, a design and manufacturing business specialising in furniture made from reclaimed timbers which continues today.
I have taken what I have learnt building furniture and incorporated this into designing and building my own guitars having fallen under the Cigar Box Guitar spell.
I have incorporated a range of Steampunk inspired guitars. Each one an art piece in itself. Each guitar I make is individually numbered and signed by me.
