Buzz Honey is a family owned business located in the pristine Adelaide Hills. We produce hand selected and harvested honeys from a variety of locations across South Australia.
From almonds to orange blossoms, summer meadows to native bushland as the brilliant colours of the Mallee and eucalyptus burst forth, our little bees get to savour the flowers when their nectar is at its prime, rewarding us with exceptional honey year after year. Plus, by hand-selecting and harvesting from a single floral source, we get to uncover new opportunities and create something special every season.
Working with the bounty of our bees, we use a cold press, traditional extraction process, free of chemicals and other nasties, in order to preserve the natural enzymes and health-giving properties of Buzz honeys. And through careful, gentle hive and land management, our family can bring you classic, award-winning raw honeys, perfect for smothering over toast, sweetening drinks, enhancing a cheese platter, or simply indulging in the sweet silky joy of honey straight from the pot.
