In a further twist of fate George’s son, George Jeffrey went on to marry Violet Vicars (affectionately known as ‘Molly’), of Vicars Woollen Mills in Sydney, NSW.
‘Cantara’ was the name of just one of the family’s sheep farming properties. “Cantara Australia has been borne from my family’s expertise and love of wool,” Rachel says. “We source the highest quality wool products from throughout the country and make them available via our online shop for people seeking bespoke gifts made from the wool we know and love.”
